The 110% Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches on cruise, tour, hotel, car rental, and activity bookings. All booking details, including the following, must exactly match the details of the product you booked with Club Wyndham Travel: specific carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel (including room type and cancellation policy), cruise line (including ship, cabin category and rate category), rental car company and vehicle class, applicable refund policy, dates and times of travel or service, routings (such as same stopovers), and same travelers.
The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by Club Wyndham Travel. You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase during our business hours of Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm ET by calling 833-987-4503. Qualifying products and itineraries must be advertised and publicly available at the time of your call. The following do not qualify as lower rates:
- Rates that are booked through a membership-based association, corporate/meeting discount, group program, rewards or incentive program, charter, consolidator, interline, military, student, government or tour operator fares, coupons, bulk rate, auction site, priced using coupon or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public.
- A website which requires you to call to get the rate, or from a promotional email.
The qualifying lower rate must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (without reference to currency converters). All travel must originate in the United States. Our 110% Best Price Guarantee applies only to the base cost of the travel product. It does not include taxes and fees or any additional items. Onboard amenities, gift cards/certificates, cash back and/or dollars off are not eligible toward lower price.In the event that a rate or offer has residency, age and/or other requirements, to qualify the Our 110% Best Price Guarantee, you must meet all such requirements applicable to that rate or offer. Club Wyndham Travel reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the 110% Best Price Guarantee policy or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability. Any changes will be advertised on the Club Wyndham website.
