What is the difference between Club Wyndham Select and Club Wyndham Access?
Club Wyndham Select gives you a deeded ownership at one resort, called your Home Resort. This gives you Advanced Reservation Priority to book at your Home Resort beginning 13 months in advance of your check-in date. Club Wyndham Access gives you a certificate of ownership in multiple resorts, giving you priority to book at over 70 resorts beginning 13 months in advance of your check-in date. Both allow you to book at any Club Wyndham resort beginning 10 months in advance of check-in during the Standard Booking Window.

Do I have to travel back to the same resort, at the same time every year?
No, your Club Wyndham ownership is points based, giving you the flexibility to travel to any resort when you book your check-in date during the Standard Booking Window. It also gives you the flexibility to choose when and how long you want to travel for, what size accommodations you need, and what day you’d like to check in.

What is a Use Year, and where can I find mine?
A Use Year is the 12-month period you get to use your points. Based on your contract, you can receive points every year, or every other year. Depending on when you joined Club Wyndham, your Use Year starts on one of four quarterly cycles:
Jan. 1 – Dec. 31
April 1 – March 31
July 1 – June 30
Oct. 1 – Sept. 30
If you have a biennial contract, you will have a January through December Use Year. You can find your Use Year in the “My Ownership” tab under the Owner Dashboard.

How do I update my payment online?
To update your payment online, go to your dashboard and select “My Ownership.” Next, select “Enroll in Auto-Pay.” There you can follow the step-by-step instructions to enroll or update Auto-Pay.

The option to receive your statement via email is not available. Please call Financial Services at (888) 739-4022 for your statement information.

How do I get to RCI from my online account?
To access RCI from your account, go to your dashboard and select “Deposit & RCI.” To book reservations, select “Explore RCI Resorts,” and to deposit Club Wyndham points into RCI, select “Deposit Points."
